El product/la product owner es responsable del producto final, uno de los actores esenciales del Framework ágil Scrum, que sirve para gestionar proyectos complejos en entornos dinámicos y cambiantes de un modo flexible. El Product Owner se encarga del producto desde su concepción, alineamiento con las necesidades del mercado y clientes, implementación, testing, lanzamiento y mejora constante del producto, atendiendo tanto a su funcionalidad (la parte más operacional) como a su coherencia con la misión de la empresa (la parte más estratégica). Trabaja de la mano con el Scrum Master y el equipo en el desarrollo del producto
