The professional is the client

Job hunting: you commission the search and we run it with you

Interview, CV work, applications inside a written scope, and interview preparation. A consulting psychologist runs it. The fee is a percentage of the first salary, agreed before we start. We do not promise a hire.

Who it is for

When you commission the search

For a professional who wants to hand off the operational part of a job search, with a closed scope and someone who knows how companies actually assess candidates.

  • You are the client

The process is loyal to your target role and pay band, not to a company’s open seat.

  • It starts in writing

Scope, application count, and payment trigger are fixed before the first application.

  • No job promise

We execute the agreed search. The offer is decided by the employer.

Process

Four steps, in this order

  1. 01

    Interview

Target role, a realistic pay band, and profile fit before any applications go out.

  2. 02

    CV and materials

A rewrite of how you present yourself, so the material holds up in a short read by whoever is hiring.

  3. 03

    Applications

Ongoing applications on the web, only within the number or pace that was written down.

  4. 04

    Interviews

Preparation while the process stays open: what to tell, what to ask, and how to negotiate.

Agreement

The fee starts from a written event

The fee is a percentage of the first salary. The number, whether it is calculated on net or gross, and when it becomes due are not on this page: they are closed in the agreement.

  • Scope: what Obrii does and what stays with you.

  • Applications: a number or a pace, not an open quota.

  • Payment trigger: the event that starts the fee and the base used to calculate the percentage.

FAQ

What clients ask most

What the service includes, how the fee works, and how it differs from headhunting and outplacement.

Is job hunting the same as headhunting?
No. In headhunting the company commissions a role and pays for the search. In job hunting the client is the professional: they commission their own search and pay for the service.
Is this outplacement?
No. Outplacement is bought by a company to support someone being let go. Job hunting is hired by the person, whether or not they are leaving an employer.
Does Obrii guarantee a job offer?
No. The service is career consulting plus execution of the agreed search: interview, materials, applications, and interview preparation. The hiring decision stays with the employer. The agreement is one of means, not a placement result.
How is the fee charged?
A percentage of the first salary. The percentage, the calculation base, and the event that triggers payment are written down before work starts. We do not publish a fixed rate because it is agreed case by case.
What is written down?
Scope, the number or pace of applications, and the payment trigger. Nothing starts on an open-ended “however many it takes”.
Who runs the process?
Francisco Fernández, consulting psychologist and Magíster(c) in People and Organization Management at Universidad Diego Portales.

If you want to commission the search, we start with the scope

A conversation to see whether the service fits. If it does, the next step is the written agreement. If your company needs to fill a role, the service is headhunting.
