How is data protected?
The platform runs on cloud infrastructure with Supabase, tenant isolation, and secure sessions. Your organization's data is never mixed with other accounts.
Does CV analysis comply with Chile's Law 21.719?
The CV analysis module does not issue rankings or hiring verdicts: it extracts the verbatim quote for each requirement so a human decides. That avoids automated decisions about people, which Law 21.719 regulates (full enforcement December 2026).
