El técnico de small cell instala, soluciona problemas y realiza pruebas en los sitios de small cells que dan cobertura indoor para servicios móviles. Es el primero en salir a campo ante las interrupciones de servicio y realiza las reparaciones necesarias en las redes asignadas. Esta función también requiere inspecciones de mantenimiento preventivo para equipos de small cell y equipos relacionados con el host, así como la aplicación de prácticas de seguridad a todas las tareas relacionadas con el trabajo.
