Encargado de realizar monitoreo de MP y MEE en el momento posterior a la recepción del material, es responsable de ejecutar muestreos estandarizados de acuerdo a las guias internas (calidad) y definir si el material es apto para su liberación. Y finalmente ejecutar la liberación sistemica de los materiales para transferirlos a la planta.
