What is an A role?
In the Huselid, Beatty, and Becker model, an A role moves competitive advantage and what the customer notices. The gap between an excellent person and a merely competent one changes the outcome, and the role cannot be outsourced without losing that advantage.
Does this replace the job dictionary?
No. The dictionary describes the role and, for curated jobs, what breaks if it sits empty. This classifier says whether strategic talent budget belongs there. They are different readings.
Do I need an email to see the result?
No. The class is calculated in your browser. Email is optional, if you want to talk through an A role.
