Executive Potential Assessment & Succession
A focused executive assessment for one practical question: is this person ready to move into this role? Within one week, we integrate the role challenge, interview, two instruments, and evidence into a clear client recommendation.
Five steps to make a clear decision
The process is designed for a specific promotion or succession decision: one person, one role, and an actionable recommendation. Timing depends on receiving the information and coordinating the assessment promptly.
How we work
Every stage focuses on the role and the person assessed , not on a generic formula.
Initial meeting
We understand the need, the role, the urgency, the person to assess, and the decision the client needs to make.
Outcome: Agreed scope and decision to resolve
Role review
We review the profile, the role challenge, and success criteria to assess potential against a real business need.
Outcome: Role-specific assessment criteria
Interview and two instruments
We conduct a structured interview on potential and development, plus two complementary instruments selected for the decision.
Outcome: Interview and assessment evidence
Executive analysis
We integrate the evidence to identify strengths, gaps, role fit, and the conditions required to move forward.
Outcome: Evidence-based recommendation
Report and client debrief
We deliver the executive report and discuss the recommendation, gaps, and the most responsible next step.
Outcome: Report and client debrief
What the client receives
A reading designed to support a promotion decision with evidence , not to replace executive judgment with an isolated score.
Success criteria
What the role truly requires and which challenge the person must be able to take on.
Interview and instruments
Complementary information on potential, leadership, and development capacity.
Strengths and gaps
A clear reading of current fit, critical gaps, and the evidence behind it.
Next step
Ready, favorable potential with development, under observation, or not currently recommended.
One assessment, one clear decision
Public price per person assessed against a defined role. Additional people are assessed and billed individually.
Executive Succession Pocket
$60.000 CLP + VAT
USD 63 per person · without Chilean VAT
Includes role review, structured interview, two complementary instruments, executive report, and client debrief. Individual feedback for the assessed person is not included.
A clear recommendation, not an automatic label
We combine psychological judgment, role understanding, and assessment evidence to show current fit and the responsible path forward. The report does not decide for the company: it provides the clarity needed to decide better.
Built for one specific decision
One person against one defined role, in a process that can be completed in approximately one week.
Evidence, not empty percentages
The recommendation is explained through interviews, instruments, strengths, and gaps relevant to the role.
Gaps that guide action
The outcome shows whether to move forward, develop, observe, or not recommend the person at this time.
A bridge to the right alternative
A bridge role is suggested only when it serves a real business need. If there is no successor, we connect with Headhunting.

What clients ask most
Quick answers on scope, steps, pricing, and the possible outcomes of the assessment.
- Who do you assess?
- Each assessment covers one person against one defined role. If you need to assess more people for the same role, each one is included and billed individually.
- What does the service include?
- Role review, a structured interview, two complementary instruments, an executive report, and a client debrief. It does not include individual feedback for the assessed person.
- How long does it take?
- Approximately one week, provided we receive the role information and can coordinate the assessed person's availability.
- How are results presented?
- We do not reduce the decision to a percentage. The recommendation states whether the person is ready, has favorable potential with development, should remain under observation, or is not currently recommended; it explains strengths, gaps, and evidence.
- What if the person is not ready yet?
- The recommendation may propose focused development, a bridge role when there is a real business need, or Headhunting when the organization needs to close a gap with no internal successor.
- What is the investment?
- In Chile, $60.000 CLP + VAT per person assessed. For international clients, USD 63 per person, without Chilean VAT.
