- About 4 minutes total: 3 minutes of regular cadence (inhale 8 s, hold 4 s, exhale 8 s, hold 4 s) and a calm closing with two 16-second holds.
- Do I need audio or an account?
- No headphones required—the exercise is mainly visual, with an optional soft chime at each phase change. It is free, account-free, and we do not store data.
- Is this therapy or clinical treatment?
